Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Finnversion?

Finnversion is a multi-agent AI system that produces institutional-grade investment theses on public companies. Seven specialized agents read the primary documents, value the business and write the thesis, and every claim is cited back to its source.

How is it different from asking a chatbot about a stock?

A general chatbot answers from memory in a single pass. Finnversion runs seven specialized agents over primary documents, produces an explicit valuation across three scenarios, and gates the result behind an independent quality-control agent that checks whether the claims are actually sourced.

Where does the data come from?

SEC EDGAR filings (10-K, 10-Q and 8-K), earnings call transcripts, market prices, audited financial statements and financial news. Each data point in a thesis links back to the document it came from.

Can I trust the valuation?

Every thesis is reviewed by an evaluator agent before you see it, scored on citation coverage, source diversity and temporal coherence. A thesis that falls short is sent back to be rewritten. The full citation trail means you can audit any number yourself.

What is the anti-hindsight constraint?

Each analysis is pinned to a date, and the system is prevented from using any information published after it. That makes a thesis reproducible and lets you back-test the method honestly against what was actually knowable at the time.

Is Finnversion financial advice?

No. Finnversion produces research and analysis for informational purposes only. It is not personalized investment advice, and you remain responsible for your own investment decisions.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. New accounts include analysis credits at no cost and no card is required, and the Per Share fundamentals tool is included free.

Who is it for?

Retail and semi-professional investors, analysts and finance students who want a structured, evidence-backed thesis instead of an unsourced opinion.
